Research Project - IT Project Failure

Matt Miller is a final year student at Loughborogh University in the UK. He is working on his dissertation on IT Project Failures, and would like your help!

There are 2 surveys below, one for ProjectManagers to complete with details of their most recent 3 projects since January 2005 and another questionnaire for anyone involved in IT projects.

Anyone who completes the questionnaire would be entitled to an electronic copy of the report and results once the study is complete. When I did it, the last question allows you to enter an email address to get a copy of it when finished.
