I just read Seth Godin's post on "sheepwalking", which he defines as:
"the outcome of hiring people who have been raised to be obedient and giving them a braindead job and enough fear to keep them in line."
I just had to post a reference to it because it is so perfect. His description is exactly what I try to avoid being. It's why I research project management and process improvement like a madman. It's why I write this blog. It's why I am intrigued by ideas and methodologies that are not in the mainstream.
